RETURN POLICY
drivi Return Policy
Returns:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be in "as new" condition, with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories included.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads
- Items that have been used or installed
- Items that have been damaged or altered
Return Process:

- Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
- You will receive a return shipping label via email.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
- Attach the return shipping label to the package.
- Drop the package off at the nearest authorized shipping provider.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges can be processed for items of equal or lesser value.
- If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference in price must be paid at the time of exchange.
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Other:
- drivi reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.
